Image shown is actual grain. EX is a "NEW" standard "X" weight aluminum oxide poly cotton coated abrasive material, with a semi-closed coat. It is versatile and relatively inexpensive, providing outstanding performance for the money. EX has a strong poly cotton backing. EX is good for general sanding of both wood or metal.
Image shown is actual grain. High performance aluminum oxide material, designed to be durable, providing outstanding life, while it produces excellent and consistent finishes. WoodPro is an open coat aluminum oxide manufactured on a heavy poly cotton "X" weight backing. It has antistatic and non loading additives in the resin. WoodPro is best suited for sanding wood.
Image shown is actual grain. GreenKut is a NEW ceramic grain coated abrasive material designed specifically for wood working applications, with an open coat. In many cases, GreenKut can provide 5-10 times the life over standard aluminum oxide when sanding wood. 60 grit is on a "Y" weight backing and 80, 100, 120, 150, & 180 grits are on a heavy "X" weight backing. Because of the outstanding life and durability the GreenKut is fast becoming a popluar choice for woodworkers.
